Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across South Africa by courier. International shipping is available on request. Email info@forged3d.co.za for a quote.
Processing time
Every item is made to order in our Pretoria workshop. Most shop orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Personalised and custom orders usually ship within 5 to 7 working days. Large and bulk orders receive a confirmed turnaround with their quote.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery: from R99, delivered 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: R150, delivered 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
- Free delivery on all South African orders of R499 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
Deliveries to outlying and rural areas may take a little longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before unpacking further and email info@forged3d.co.za within 7 days of delivery. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-delivery is for your account.
