How long will my order take?
Every product is printed to order in our Pretoria workshop. Shop items are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Custom orders usually ship within 5 to 7 working days once you approve your quote, and bulk orders within 7 to 14 working days.
How much is delivery?
Standard tracked delivery anywhere in South Africa starts at R99, and Express is R150. Orders over R499 get free standard delivery. International shipping is available, and the rate shows at checkout.
Can I personalise a product?
Yes. Many of our gifts can carry a name, date or logo. Where a product offers personalisation, you fill in the details on the product page before adding it to your cart. For anything else, send us a custom request.
How do custom orders work?
Send us your idea on the Custom Print page: an STL file, a sketch or just a description. We quote within 24 hours and confirm material, finish, size and turnaround before any printing starts.
What materials do you print with?
PLA for decorative pieces, PETG for durability and outdoor use, and ABS for strength and heat resistance. Engineering grade and specialty filaments are available on request.
How big can you print?
The maximum single piece is 250 x 250 x 300 mm. Larger items can be printed in sections and joined, and small detailed parts are no problem.
What colours are available?
Colour options are shown on each product where they apply. For custom work, tell us the colour you have in mind and we will confirm what is available when we quote.
How do I pay?
All payments are processed securely through Payfast at checkout, so you can pay by card, instant EFT or any other method Payfast offers. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Standard shop items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will make it right. See our refund policy for full details.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing from 100 units, logo branding, custom packaging and white label printing. Visit our Wholesale page or email us your requirements.
